We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join us for this new position based in Cork City. The candidate will join a successful organisation and will be part of a talented team as we continue to thrive in this economic time. We are currently expanding and building on our reputation as the leader for delivering top results.
The role:
In-store demonstrations
Presenting and displaying product for customer's attention and interest
Develop new customers through sales at key locations and area throughout the city.
Provide marketing support to further develop the product.
The product & service is very competitive and sells itself!
Plan and prioritise personal sales activities towards achieving agreed sales targets.
Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
Manage personal business portfolio and sales region
Pitching to customers and closing deals within a short time-period.
The package:
Basic plus capped commission or 100% Uncapped Commission.
Full Training and on going Sales coaching
Hand held sales device provided i.e Smartphone
Excellent career progression opportunities - Team Leader <6mths
Performance Related Bonuses
Weekly Expenses i.e. Fuel Allowance
Paid holidays

Comfortable approaching others and capable of handling objections & rejections. (Although it's not personal!)
No previous sales experience as full training is provided
Recent graduates seeking sales experience. (Marketing / Visual Display )
