SalesSense - The Process

Our process is critical to our success and a typical project managed for you would break down as follows:

  • Hiring

  • Your project needs people. Obviously we need sales people, but your project may require sales managers and order processing staff. The whole process of hiring normally takes 4 weeks and includes initial planning, advertising, interviewing and psychometric testing and finally the issuing of acceptance/rejection letters. In some instances we have staff available from projects that are coming to a close, but whatever the source, our goal is to find the BEST candidates to meet your specific project. It may be a technical sale or a complex sales process or the product may be in a very specific sector; whatever the case, we will hire the best fit for your needs.

  • Training

  • This is what makes SalesSense unique. We take the training phase extremely seriously. Certainly time spent training depends on the complexity of the product or service and the required knowledge of the organisation we are working for. Generally training ranges from two days to a week, but for most campaigns we would provide our sales staff with a full week of training on your product or service to ensure that they are capable of answering all questions and dealing with any situation. In some cases our training has been conducted over a two month period for highly complex projects.

  • Monitoring/Reporting

  • At the heart of our sales process is the monitoring and reporting of sales. This gives you the key data you need as to the progress being made, but more crucially creates a positive feedback loop for us internally, allowing us to ensure that any sales that fall out are immediately fed back to the sales person in question, allowing him/her to take immediate action to remedy the situation.
